How soon can we start?

It usually takes a few days (up to a week) to arrange a good fit for you, depending on your specific needs.

Once your advisor has connected you, you can expect your first lesson within a week, to ensure that the tutor has enough time to prepare for a high quality lesson.

Can we book lessons in advance?

As lessons are usually at the same time each week, it is usually not necessary to book lessons in advance. However you can speak to your tutor about specific days you want to book in, or if you want to continue for a specific period of time.

Can lessons take place during the holiday/term breaks?

Yes! Lessons can take place all year. We just recommend you speak to your tutors to make sure they’re available.

Do your tutors have any experience helping students with learning disabilities?

Although our tutors are not specially trained to tutor students with learning disabilities, they will do their best to tailor their lessons to the students needs. This includes altering the pace of the lesson and adopting various teaching techniques. The best way is to speak to your tutor about how you learn best and they will do everything on their end to accommodate.
